# Sellier Giveaway

## Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens when the Sellier video is published on the @incardapp YouTube channel. It closes once the video reaches 5,000 likes. Incard will announce the closing time in a pinned comment on the video. Comments posted after that time will not count.

## Like Target

The prize will only be awarded if the video reaches 5,000 likes. If it doesn't reach 5,000 likes by 1st of January 2027, the giveaway will end and no prize will be awarded.

## How to Enter

Subscribe to @incardapp on YouTube, like the Sellier video, and leave a comment on it during the Giveaway Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Each person can win only once, however many comments they post.

## Prize

One winner will receive a Chanel mini flap bag worth approximately £3,500. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Incard may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

## Prize Delivery

Incard will ship the prize free of charge to the winner's address in an eligible country. The winner is responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local taxes.

## Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from eligible comments using random picker software after the giveaway closes. The winner must be subscribed to @incardapp at the time of selection.

The winner will be notified via a comment on the giveaway video by @incardapp only, no other account will contact you on behalf of this giveaway.

The winner must provide a valid email address for verification and a delivery address for prize fulfilment. This information will be used solely to administer the giveaway.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Incard reserves the right to select a replacement winner using the same random process.

## Eligibility

Open to residents aged 18 years or over in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, European Union, and United States of America.

## Data & Privacy

Personal information provided by the winner will be used only to administer the giveaway and arrange prize delivery. It will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the prize.

## General Rules

By entering, participants confirm they have read and agreed to these terms and that they meet all eligibility requirements.

Incard reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be in breach of these terms, or obtained through fraudulent or automated means, such as bots or fake accounts.

Incard reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise that make it necessary to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Chanel. Any questions or issues relating to this giveaway should be directed to Incard, not YouTube or Chanel.
