The Currency Cloud Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issuing of electronic money (FRN: 900199).

Incard Ltd is currently in a transition phase to exit its EMD Agent arrangement and operate fully under its own EMI authorisation. During this transition period, certain payment and electronic money services may continue to be provided in partnership with The Currency Cloud Limited.
